When I called, Nancy was my first contact and she was exceptional. I've not met her but she has a voice like an actress I know. Ronnie and Jason were great and did every thing until the final sale. They worked magic to get me into the unit I wanted. I will go back for my next unit.

Went in, trying to find a little starter bike for myself to learn while I have my permit. After a couple of hours went by on Memorial Day, I was luckily enough to purchase the bike the next day (banks were closed due to holiday). Great experience. Had an amazing time. Great, great service. I initially contacted them because I had a rear tire that was purchased on the internet that I wanted them to install for me. Because of the high volume of customers at the service center it took a couple of days before I could get my appointment set. Management was very concerned with the delay but quickly made me feel like family.

Gilbert, my service adviser was outstanding. I decided to wait at the dealership during my work. Gilbert made sure to make me aware of any issues discovered during my service. Also, I had the pleasure of meeting a sales associate names Erik who introduced himself and made himself available for any questions about the bikes on the showroom floor. At no time did I ever feel pressured by him. This was refreshing since I'm in the car business and I'm trained to approach the service department customers and try to make a sale.

Matt was excellent with very good attitude. Friendly and helpful. The only thing is the drivers side front light cover has a tic-tac-toe scratch on it when I got the Polaris Ranger and the cargo box has a scratch on it in the corner area, passenger side front. The scratch on the head light lens bother the you know what out of me. Other then that, I have not really driven it long enough.

I wanted the valley to know what a Five Star experience I had at the RideNow Powersports Goodyear location. I rolled my Rzr and needed to get it in for an Estimate for my insurance. I called in to get it scheduled, my service writer Geoff Martin set me up in the system and I had no problems dropping off the Rzr. He then helped me with keeping my insurance and myself updated on Parts, Service and Time Line to get it looked at and serviced. Long story short, the Rzr was Totaled, but I really was at ease that I had a Service Person - Geoff Martin, that helped me and the insurance company with everything. The bike a bought has some miles and the key didn't work very well, I picked up the bike from the dealership 10 minutes before closing, they were super busy but Jason made sure to put an order for a new key, he called me the following morning to let me know. David Hastings is THE BEST!! As a female consumer; I've bought many vehicles in the past, and always walked away getting the vehicle I wanted, but always thought I could have gotten a better deal. My experience at this dealership with David was flawless from my first visit, ( when I was just browsing), to my last when I had decided on the right bike for me: a 2014 Victory Vegas 8 ball. I went in with my boyfriend looking for a sports bike and I had been here before and they had nice bikes so we went back to look for something specific. We're both 20 years old and this was my first purchase and I had the pleasure of working with Mike. He made everything so easy for us. we were looking at a gsxr but we had our heart set in a yamaha r6 but didn't see any in our price range. Mike made some calls and found us the perfect bike. It was out of our price range, but he worked his magic and managed to get us the monthly payments that we agreed on. Apart from his service dealing with all the paperwork, Mike stayed almost an hour and a half after the shop closed and helped my boyfriend out with his new bike. I cannot explain how much I appreciate that. I was nervous and he took it away. For someone to take time out of their day for a customer is above and beyond. Mike is a great worker and such a great person. I definitely recommend him and overall everyone there was really nice!! I had a great experience.

My friend had visited this dealership in Goodyear, AZ, for over a year trying to decide which motorcycle he would purchase. David Hasting met him each time and provided extensive help to him. I purchased a new motorcycle from the Goodyear Ridenow dealership in March of this year. At the time of the purchase, I also included a 3 year / 30k maintenance program. I've had a few occasions to take my bike into the Service Department and I've always been treated very well. Recently, I had the first 5k service completed. My service advisor is Brian Dickey. Brian inspected my bike before having any work done. He found a burnt turn signal bulb that I didn't know about. When I returned to pick up the bike, I learned that Brian had replaced the bulb without charge. I know that sounds like a minor item but it just shows the way this dealership takes care of customers. Brian also advised me that the mechanic had discovered that the seals on my forks were leaking. Replacing the seals is not part of my maintenance program. Brian took the initiative to contact Victory motorcycles and arrange for my warranty to cover the replacement of the seals. Brian Dickey is just one of the service advisors at the dealership. I imagine they're all like him. From the time I went to the Demo Days and rode the different bikes thru the sale, the financing, the parts orders and installation up to now, almost 6 months later, the Goodyear Ridenow dealership has been outstanding. I even learned from Brian that my maintenance program will be honored at other Ridenow Dealerships throughout the U.S. if I'm on the road and need servicing. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase future bikes or parts from this dealership. They always follow up with me to make sure I'm happy with everything or else they make it right. I can't say enough about this place. Don't ever hesitate to go in to this dealership. I promise, you won't be sorry.

I stopped by for my wife's 1st oil change service kit from parts and happened upon a nice left over 2013 ST Spyder.

Had to buy it. Jeff and his sales team performed an excellent job and speedy financing, the Spyder RSS trade in price allowance was initially a little low and the Misc charges are some what inflated but we sorted that out and an agreement was made. Good to see Jeff over at the store, He will make a great asset to the business.

The show room is well stocked with different models and eye candy galore. Inventory is a little bit to tightly packed to comfortably walk between making it difficult to see the units overall. To recap... great experience and I will defiantly repurchase from Jeff.

This was my first visit to Ridenow Goodyear. My salesman was Jose Segovia. I had talked to Jose,over the phone before I went to the dealership, with the intent to look at at couple of yamaha cruisers. While I was looking at those bikes, I noticed the line of Victory motorcycles and had an immediate interest in one particular. Jose was not only extremely patient while I looked at all the bikes I was interested in, but gave pros and cons for each and left it up to me to decide without being pushy at all. Long story short, I went with the victory and am very happy with my decision. From Jose making the sale, to Nick in parts helping me choose an upgraded exhaust system, to Jason in finance and Jeff the general manager, this was definitely my best experience in any kind of dealership. From the time I stepped foot thru the door til I signed the papers and going home, it only took a little over an hour! Prudencio Perez and General Manager Jeff Selig were great to work with. Held the bike I was interested in until some specifics were worked out with my trade, bike was prepped and ready to go when I arrived. Thoroughly explained financing options, no hard sell on 'extras', even Brian Dickey's (Service Advisor) pre-ride walk through was thorough and informative.Follow-up after the sale from Prudencio as well. Big dealer with a good selection, but not the 'big, you're-just-a-number' atmosphere. Prices were very competitive. Excellent to work with.

From the time I walked in to the store to the time I rode home on my new spyder, it was a comfortable experience. Staff was helpful friendly and delivered on what was promised. Sabastyon was helpful and patient as we moved through the purchase process. He followed up with me via phone, and called me after the sale to ensure all was good. I just want to give Brian Dickey in Service a huge thank you from me and my boyfriend, Lester. We had a frustrating situation because of an insurance claim and a difficult adjuster. Brian was patient, easy to work with and followed up consistently, keeping us updated on the repairs and even going above and beyond when additional damage to the bike was discovered. He treated Lester with respect, understanding and empathy and even put up with us dropping into the Service Department to see the bike and get in person updates. I had been riding my BMW motorcycle for several years and wanted to replace it in the coming months. I researched new HD models and visited the Arrowhead HD dealership with my wife. We decided to sign up for their Demo Day later in the month. I continued my research and contacted the Goodyear Ridenow to see if they had a Victory Vision in stock. They happened to be having a Demo Day of their own. I spent several hours at Ridenow, riding the Vision and talking with Mike Smith about my upcoming motorcycle purchase. Mike ended up getting me the deal I wanted and I traded in my BMW for a very fair deal on a new Vision. Jeff was instrumental in making the entire sale/swap and financing a quick and easy process. Royce and Nick in the Parts Department were patient with me as I ordered parts and they made some really good suggestions, using their experience, to ensure my satisfaction. Brian is my new Service contact. I haven't had the new bike serviced yet, I've talked with Brian and he was patient in explaining his thoughts on my parts decisions and scheduling the upcoming service/parts mounting appointment. I'm very glad I went with Ridenow Goodyear. I've already told some golfing buddies about the experience and will continue to tell my friends. It's nice to know you can enjoy making a large purchase and not feel like you're doing THEM a favor like most other places I've been to. I had no problem making the decision to go with Ridenow after comparing the HD experience.

Mike took care of me and got me exactly the bike I had always wanted. He helped me with everything and greeted me within minutes of walking in the door. Over all a fantastic experience.

I was attending a motocross race Saturday 9/14 at Arizona Cycle Park. During practice I got a flat rear tire. I called to Ridenow Goodyear location and spoke to Brian in service. He explained that they could replace my inner tube and get me running again, but that he also had other customers ahead of me. Since I live in Gilbert and would pass by the Goodyear store on my way home, I decided to stop in and see how quickly my flat could be repaired.Brian and the service gang did better than I'd hoped and had me taken care of in 20 minutes. I really appreciated the quick service and the attention to detail (my chain tension and rear axle torquing were perfect). I did miss my first moto but was able to salvage my day by making the 2nd moto with lots of time to spare. Many thanks to Brian and the service department at Ridenow Goodyear! I will not forget your excellent service and will spread the word!

My mom and dad have been in the market for a new motorcycle for years. When they told me they liked the 2002 Honda Golding trike at ridenow I called about it for them. Mike and David where nothing but great in the entire process. Knowing we were coming from Las Vegas they helped above and beyond. After helping with getting it back my mom and dad have road everyday and can't stop smiling. It was such a wonderful experience that my wife and I now want to buy a bike from them instead of anyone in town. Yes totally worth driving the 600 miles round trip. Thanks for all of you help guys.

Mike Smith and all of the RideNow staff at the Goodyear Store were professional, amiable and product knowledgeable the purchasing experience was truly a great one. Same goes for the folks that have sold us parts after the sale again everyone has been professional, amiable and knows what they are talking about. Our RZR was ready for us to take delivery as it was supposed to be and everything works! And, although we can only operate the RZR at break-in speeds, just as Mike informed us, the RZR works on rough trails much better than we really expected (but hoped that it would)! And as proof to just how well designed and set-up our RZR is; after our first two rides in the rough, we can still track down smooth roads at 40 MPH with NO corrections inputs having to be made to the steering and this with 13-14 inches of suspension travel! Quite frankly, after our first visit to your Goodyear store with Mike listening carefully with what we wanted a side-by-side to and then giving us the pros and cons of the different models that you carry, we had decided that we would like to buy our side-by-side from him. We prefer to buy/support locals and the way that this store is managed and staffed, really makes it easy do so. (BTW-we also visited the RideNow in Peoria and found the staff that we spoke with to be similar to what we have enjoyed at the Goodyear store.) Just like the Apple Computer Stores, you guys make it enjoyable and easy to spend our money on stuff that we really dont need but cant seem to live without!We will recommend RideNow of Goodyear to all of our friends.Best regards,Mark and Jo Anne Latch
